Acceptance of terms

By using this website, booking a session or purchasing a service or digital product from Free Your Spine, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this website or booking services.

Use of our services

Free Your Spine offers one-to-one movement coaching, Reformer Pilates, online coaching, workshops, immersive experiences, consultancy and digital resources designed to support movement, wellbeing and preventative spine care.

Sessions are tailored to your body, goals and needs on the day.

You are responsible for sharing any relevant health information so that we can work with you safely and appropriately.

Please always move within your own comfort level and listen to your body throughout your session.

Booking & payment

Payment is required prior to your session unless otherwise agreed.

Packages and programmes are non-transferable and are valid for the agreed duration at the time of purchase.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

Health disclaimer

Free Your Spine is designed to support your movement, wellbeing and spinal health, but it is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Always seek advice from your GP, physiotherapist or another qualified healthcare professional if you have concerns about your health or whether movement is appropriate for you.

Participation in any Free Your Spine session or programme is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion.

Intellectual property

The Free Your Spine Method™, together with all associated written content, imagery, videos, digital resources, branding and educational materials, are the intellectual property of Free Your Spine unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, distributed or used without prior written permission.
