Nicola designs and leads music-led movement experiences that move a room from tension to expansion. She has brought Free Your Spine to global brands and cultural stages, from Nike and Diageo to two headline activations at SXSW in Austin, reading the energy of a crowd and taking hundreds of people out of their heads and into their bodies.
